Size & Fit Guide

Sizing is where most online gear purchases go wrong. Here's how we'd talk you through it in the showroom.

Footwear

All our shoes are listed in US sizing. Measure your foot at the end of the day, standing, wearing the socks you'll run in. Feet swell, and a shoe fitted first thing in the morning will feel short at 30km.

Leave a thumb's width (about 1cm) between your longest toe and the end of the shoe. Your longest toe isn't always your big toe.

Topo Athletic: true to size, with a noticeably roomier anatomical toe box than most road brands. If you're between sizes, take the smaller one; the width is in the shape, not the length. WIDE versions are a wider last again, not a longer one.
OOFOS: recovery footwear, sized in combined M/W US sizing (e.g. M8/W10). If you're between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit.

Full footwear size charts →

Socks

Socks are sized off your shoe size, not a separate scale, and the bands differ by brand, so check the chart rather than assuming your usual letter.

Injinji: toe socks. Each toe has its own sleeve, so length matters more than usual. If you're on a size boundary, size down for a snug fit rather than up.
Feetures: anatomical left/right specific, sized in bands off shoe size. A snug fit is correct; these are designed to be worn tight.

Packs, vests and belts

Running vests and packs are sized on chest circumference (measure under the arms, across the fullest part), not on your clothing size. Hiking packs are sized on torso length: the measurement from the bony bump at the base of your neck to the top of your hip bones.

A loaded vest should not bounce. If it does, it's too big, not too loose.

Apparel

Apparel is sized to each brand's own chart; endurance brands generally cut closer than everyday clothing. Check the chart on the product page before defaulting to your usual size.

Seamless Technology

Relieve Wrist Pain, Carpal Tunnel, and Wrist Tendonitis: Innovative compression technology in the wrist sleeve helps to stimulate joints, improve blood flow, and provide support. This helps to relieve wrist pain and alleviate carpal tunnel pain from overuse injuries. Common applications of the wrist sleeve include wrist sprains, overuse injuries from repetitive work, and more.
Advanced +Compression Technology: The wrist sleeve features a cuff that is able to be folded over to add additional compression to the wrist area to help relieve pain and give extra support. Whether using the wrist sleeve for weightlifting, sports, typing, or work in the yard, you will appreciate the difference of the Advanced +Compression Technology.
Full Range of Motion: Unlike hard wrist braces that restrict the range of motion, the Zensah Wrist Sleeve offers a full range of motion. The lightweight design offers superior support without restricting your motion. The wrist sleeve moves seamlessly with you, not against you.
Ultra-comfortable Zensah Fabric: The compression wrist sleeve is made in the USA of a nylon and spandex blend. It is made to last. The wrist sleeve is also moisture wicking and features anti-odor fabric, so it will not become heavy with perspiration or smell.
Use for Sports: The wrist sleeve is perfect for sports. Whether looking for more support while golfing (wear under your golf glove), or looking to treat wrist pain when lifting, the Zensah Wrist Sleeve is able to help athletes relieve pain.
Sold as a single unit: One wrist sleeve per purchase - i.e. a single sleeve
