This website (findyourpath.nz — "Find Your Path", "we", "us") is operated by The Reuss Group Pty Ltd, trading as IPP NZ. By browsing or purchasing from this store you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and Shipping Policy.

Products, pricing & availability. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. We work hard to keep product information, imagery and stock accurate, but errors can occur; we reserve the right to correct any error and to decline or cancel an order arising from one, with a full refund of anything already paid. Available lines may change without notice.

Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation and process payment. If we can't fulfil an order — for example an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred — we'll contact you and refund any payment in full.

Payment. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Where Afterpay or another buy-now-pay-later provider is offered, your agreement is with that provider and subject to their terms and eligibility criteria.

Your consumer rights. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. Where you acquire goods for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act may be excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Intellectual property. The content on this site — text, imagery, logos and design — is owned by us or our suppliers and may not be reproduced without permission. Brand names and logos are the property of their respective owners.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published here at the time of your order.

Governing law. These terms are governed by New Zealand law and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction.
