Shipping policy

We ship New Zealand-wide from our Taupō warehouse, and you're welcome to collect in person.

Free Click & Collect — Taupō. Order online and collect free from the Find Your Path showroom. Orders placed during showroom hours are usually ready in 2 hours; order after hours and your gear is ready when we next open. We'll email you the moment it's ready — bring your order confirmation.

Delivery across New Zealand. We send with NZ Post courier. Orders placed before 1pm on a business day are typically dispatched the same day; after that, the next business day. Once your order is on its way you'll get a tracking link by email.

Estimated transit (after dispatch): North Island urban 1–2 business days; South Island urban 2–3 business days; rural delivery add 1–2 business days. These are NZ Post estimates, not guarantees, and can stretch over peak periods.

Shipping cost. Calculated at checkout by destination and parcel size. Rural deliveries may carry an NZ Post rural surcharge.

Tracking & help. Every courier order is tracked. If tracking hasn't updated or something looks off, get in touch with your order number and we'll chase it.
