Size & Fit Guide

Sizing is where most online gear purchases go wrong. Here's how we'd talk you through it in the showroom.

Footwear

All our shoes are listed in US sizing. Measure your foot at the end of the day, standing, wearing the socks you'll run in. Feet swell, and a shoe fitted first thing in the morning will feel short at 30km.

Leave a thumb's width (about 1cm) between your longest toe and the end of the shoe. Your longest toe isn't always your big toe.

Topo Athletic: true to size, with a noticeably roomier anatomical toe box than most road brands. If you're between sizes, take the smaller one; the width is in the shape, not the length. WIDE versions are a wider last again, not a longer one.
OOFOS: recovery footwear, sized in combined M/W US sizing (e.g. M8/W10). If you're between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit.

Socks

Socks are sized off your shoe size, not a separate scale, and the bands differ by brand, so check the chart rather than assuming your usual letter.

Injinji: toe socks. Each toe has its own sleeve, so length matters more than usual. If you're on a size boundary, size down for a snug fit rather than up.
Feetures: anatomical left/right specific, sized in bands off shoe size. A snug fit is correct; these are designed to be worn tight.

Packs, vests and belts

Running vests and packs are sized on chest circumference (measure under the arms, across the fullest part), not on your clothing size. Hiking packs are sized on torso length: the measurement from the bony bump at the base of your neck to the top of your hip bones.

A loaded vest should not bounce. If it does, it's too big, not too loose.

Apparel

Apparel is sized to each brand's own chart; endurance brands generally cut closer than everyday clothing. Check the chart on the product page before defaulting to your usual size.

Seamless Technology

Tennis Elbow, Elbow Tendinitis, and Golfer's Elbow Relief: The compression elbow sleeve features Advance + Compression Technology - a cuff that is able to be folded over to provide a greater amount of compression to the upper forearm area. This helps to apply pressure where you need it the most to alleviate elbow pain.
Injury Prevention: The Zensah Elbow Sleeve helps to prevent injuries by stabilising the muscles in the elbow area. This prevents injuries from developing and micro-tears of muscles. The elbow sleeve also has chevron ribbing for enhanced support to the forearm area.
Ultra-Comfortable Zensah Fabric: Made with advanced Zensah fabric, the Zensah Compression Elbow Sleeve is moisture wicking, anti-odour, and ultra-comfortable. The compression elbow sleeve will not become heavy with perspiration, staying lightweight. It is breathable, ensuring you don't get hot while wearing. It is made of a nylon and spandex blend. We guarantee this is the best elbow sleeve you will ever use.
Stays in Place and Full Range of Motion: The compression elbow sleeve features a no-slip cuff to prevent the elbow sleeve from slipping or sliding. Whether using the elbow sleeve for tennis or to treat elbow pain from an overuse injury, the compression in the elbow sleeve allows it to stay in place and not slip or slide unlike traditional tennis elbow straps. The lightweight design of the elbow sleeve provides a full range of motion unlike hard elbow braces.
One Elbow Sleeve per Purchase: Each purchase includes one single compression elbow sleeve. We also recommend that the elbow sleeve not be used during sleep.

About the Product

The Zensah Compression Tennis Elbow Sleeve helps to relieve tennis elbow and golfers elbow by providing targeted compression at the exact source of the pain. The compression elbow sleeve is lightweight, offering a full range of motion, while still providing support and relief from elbow tendonitis.

A no-slip cuff helps to ensure that the elbow sleeve stays in place even during the toughest tennis matches. The fabric is moisture wicking, meaning it will not become heavy with perspiration. The Zensah Compression Elbow Sleeve is the best elbow sleeve faor golfers elbow, tennis elbow and elbow tendonitis relief. The elbow sleeve is also great for baseball and softball related elbow pain.
