How Much Vest Do You Need? A Capacity Guide
Litres, translated: what 5, 12 and 17+ litre packs actually swallow, and how NZ mandatory kit changes the maths.
Why we range them
Ultimate Direction didn't follow the running-vest category; they started it. Their front-loaded, bottle-forward harness is the template everyone else copies: carry real weight without the sway, reach your fluid without breaking stride. We range UD because when it comes to carrying on the run, the pioneer still sets the standard.
Front-loaded vest architecture: hydration and fuel on your chest, weight balanced, bounce-free.
