Carrying enough fuel for big efforts used to be tricky. Not anymore. Get 300g of carb from one bottle or flask. We re-engineered our popular gel to flow more easily, without adding water. No faff, no mess, less wastage.
Use with our Flow Bottle or Flow Flask to track how much fuel you're taking in. Hitting your numbers has never been easier...
Our range of fuel makes it easy to hit those numbers by telling you how much carbohydrate is in each serving right on the front of the packaging. No complicated nutritional tables to decipher, zero guesswork.
The PF 300 Flow Gel is formulated with a 2:1 glucose to fructose ratio to aid carbohydrate uptake. If you're someone who hasn't gotten on well with gels previously, give ours a try, we'll eat a flip-flop if you're not pleasantly surprised!
Ships from our Taupō warehouse, typically 2–4 working days NZ-wide. Free Click & Collect from the Taupō showroom. Easy 30-day returns on unused gear. Covered by the manufacturer's warranty against defects.
